I've been interested in seeing The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, so I was looking around on the web. It appears that not only is it a comic book, but it's also a television show. Having seen none of the above, I'm not sure if they are in any way connected.
The commentary here seems to infer that the comic and the movie are connected, but that the tv show is not.
Posted by rbowen at May 21, 2003 06:40 PM | TrackBackThe League of Gentlemen has nothing in common with the League of Extradinary Gentlemen except that both the comic and the tv-show is penned by Brits.
The tv-show is a dark, twisted (and hilarious in a dark and twisted sort of way) tale about the loclas in a village somewhere in the UK. (As the roadsign outside the village says: "Welcome to Royston Vasey - You'll never Leave")
